Beacon Capacity Development Beacon Capacity Development (BCD) is a capacity development centre incorporated in Ghana to provide integrated capacity building and consulting services to the Public Sector, Private Sector and Faith-Based organisations with the objectives of improving competences, competitiveness and organisational performance in the context of successful sustainable development to meet the challenges of a dynamic market and environment.
